As a part time Front Desk Agent, you will be the first and last point of contact for our guests. You will manage arrivals and departures, handle reservations and guest requests, and act as a brand ambassador for the hotel—ensuring every interaction reflects our values, energy, and attention to detail.Key ResponsibilitiesDeliver a welcoming, confident, and professional check-in and check-out experienceAnticipate guest needs and proactively resolve queries or concernsHandle reservations, billing, and payments accurately and efficientlyShare local knowledge and hotel recommendations in a natural, engaging wayLiaise with Housekeeping, Concierge, and other departments to ensure seamless guest journeysMaintain immaculate front desk standards at all timesUphold brand standards, service culture, and operational proceduresSalary: £15,735 p/a + service charge, plus benefits This is an opportunity to make your mark on Shoreditch.
