    Job Details The Role   You’ll own and lead our performance marketing function, working closely with our external agency to deliver profitable growth across all paid digital channels. This role suits someone who is hands-on, commercially minded and confident in setting the direction, challenging partners, and ensuring results.   Key Responsibilities   Agency Management Act as the primary day-to-day contact for our paid media agency. Set strategy, targets and priorities, ensuring the agency is aligned with business goals. Review and challenge weekly performance, optimisations and testing plans. Hold the agency accountable for spend efficiency, ROAS, CAC and growth.   Paid Media & Growth Oversee paid search, paid social, display and remarketing strategies across Google, Meta, TikTok and emerging channels. Lead campaign planning, budget allocation and channel prioritisation. Ensure performance creative and messaging reflect both brand and commercial needs.   Data, Analytics & Reporting Own all performance KPIs across CAC, ROAS, MER, LTV, contribution margin and attribution. Deliver weekly and monthly performance reports with clear insights and actions. Drive a structured testing roadmap across creative, audiences, bidding and landing pages.   Creative Collaboration Brief Creative on performance-focused content needs (UGC, motion edits, hooks, etc.). Use insights to inform creative direction, storytelling angles and optimisations. Ensure creative output from both agency and internal teams is aligned and effective.   Cross-Functional Alignment Partner with E-commerce on forecasting, stock priorities, product pushes and deadlines. Work closely with Merchandising on best-sellers, new drops and sell-through. Collaborate with Brand to ensure consistency in tone, positioning and messaging.   Agency Management Act as the primary day-to-day contact for our paid media agency. Confident with GA4, Looker/BI tools and data-driven decision-making. Proven track record of scaling spend while improving ROAS/CAC. Strong understanding of performance-led creative. As we continue to scale our retail footprint across the UK, we are looking for a Visual Merchandiser to elevate our in-store experience and bring the OMNES brand to life across all physical touchpoints.   Role Overview   You will own all aspects of in-store visual merchandising for OMNES retail stores, ensuring every space reflects our brand values: modern, sustainable, welcoming and commercially sharp. You’ll combine creativity with a strong analytical mindset — driving product performance through strategic visual presentation, window concepts, and rapid adaptations to trading patterns.   This role suits someone hands-on, organised, commercially aware, and excited by the pace of a dynamic, high-growth fashion brand.   Key Responsibilities   In-Store Execution Implement and maintain VM standards across all stores, ensuring consistency and brand alignment. Create and execute floor layouts, product adjacencies, and outfit builds that maximise sales and support key trends. Lead the installation of windows, seasonal concepts, and product stories. Ensure stores are visitor-ready at all times, with strong attention to detail.   Commercial Trading Monitor daily and weekly sales performance to inform adjustments to layouts and product focus. React quickly to underperforming categories with tactical VM changes. Support the Merchandising team on stock placement, density, and flow to maximise productivity. Partner with Store Managers to drive conversion, AOV, and basket composition through visuals.   Brand & Creative Work closely with the Creative and Marketing teams on visual storytelling, campaign launches, and retail moments. Support the development of window schemes, props, in-store signage, and sustainability messaging. Ensure all physical executions reflect OMNES’ environmental values - from materials to installation methods.   New Store Openings Lead VM planning and set-up for new stores and pop-ups. Produce VM packs, guides, and training materials for new teams. Support fit-out from a VM perspective, ensuring fixtures, lighting and layouts are optimised.   Guidelines & Standards Maintain up-to-date VM guidelines for store teams. Deliver on-site coaching to ensure teams understand and implement OMNES standards. Conduct regular store walks, photo reports, and action plans.   Operational Excellence Manage VM budget for props, window materials and in-store updates. Source sustainable materials and minimise waste across all VM activity. Ensure compliance with H&S procedures during installations.   Skills & Experience   Essential 4+ years’ VM experience in fashion retail. Strong creative eye with the ability to translate trends into commercial layouts. Excellent understanding of store operations and retail KPIs. Exceptional organisation and ability to work independently. Confident communicator who can influence store teams and cross-functional partners. Ability to work at pace with shifting priorities. Competent in Adobe Creative Suite or similar tools (InDesign/Illustrator beneficial).   Desirable Experience in sustainable or contemporary womenswear. Multi-site VM experience.
