HR Advisor Swindon £35K 12 month FTC My client is a global leader within the automation and packing industry who offer end to end manufacturing solutions to their clients They are now on the lookout for a HR Advisor to join their team based in Swindon. You will support the delivery of a professional, proactive and commercially focused HR service across the business. The role will provide advice and guidance on a broad range of HR matters, supporting managers and employees while contributing to the achievement of business objectives. Key Responsibilities – HR Advisor Provide proactive, commercially focused HR support and guidance to managers and employees across the business. Support the HR Business Partner in delivering the people strategy and HR business plan. Advise and support managers on employee relations matters, including disciplinary, grievance, absence management, capability, probation and performance management cases, ensuring compliance with employment legislation and company policy. Manage end-to-end recruitment activities, ensuring a positive candidate and hiring manager experience. Administer and coordinate employee lifecycle activities, including onboarding, probation reviews, contractual changes and offboarding processes. Maintain accurate employee records and HR systems, ensuring compliance with GDPR and employment legislation. Produce and analyse HR metrics and management information to identify trends and support business decision-making. Support the development, implementation and review of HR policies, procedures and best practice. Lead or contribute to HR projects and continuous improvement initiatives. Manage day-to-day HR enquiries, providing timely, practical and commercially sound advice. Build effective working relationships across the business, promoting employee engagement and a positive workplace culture.
