The role You'll be working in the kitchen of a corporate caterer in Kings Cross, keeping everything running like clockwork behind the scenes. That means staying on top of pots, pans and equipment throughout service, keeping the kitchen clean and organised to a high standard, and supporting the chefs so they can focus on what they do best. You'll help with basic food prep when needed, manage deliveries and stock rotation, and make sure health and safety and hygiene standards are met without exception. It's fast paced and hands on, and with your experience, you'll know how to stay a step ahead rather than just keeping up.
