    Candidate Profile

    As a Treatment Manager you will have a real pride and passion for what you do, with the ability to build rapport and long-term relationships with members and guests. You will be responsible the leading the Spa Therapist team to deliver an exceptional 5-star service and take pride in creating an unrivalled guest experience. 

    You will be a motivator with excellent organisational skills, have a professional manner and be able to work under pressure & meet deadlines. You will be a confident communicator with the ability to lead and develop your team and influence across all areas of the business.

    Key Requirements

    The ideal candidate would be able to demonstrate the following attributes:

    Proven track record of success in a leadership role within a luxury Club & Spa environment, ideally as an Assistant Manager.Holds a recognised qualification in Beauty Therapy, such as CIBTAC or GNVQ.Excellent command of the English language; additional languages are a strong advantage.Well-organised with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.Strong computer skills, with confidence in using MS Office and other administrative systems.Maintains immaculate personal grooming and presentation standards, in line with luxury hospitality expectations.Demonstrated ability to manage, lead and develop a high-performing team in a fast-paced environment.Confident in managing recruitment, staff appraisals, budgeting and forecasting procedures.A collaborative team player with excellent interpersonal and communication skills.Committed to providing outstanding customer service and creating exceptional guest experiences.

    As Butler Coordinator you are able to promote and be confident with all the facilities offered at The Lanesborough. We are looking for our future ambassadors to have a warm and welcoming personality, with high standards of professionalism and a drive to provide a memorable experience to each and every guest. You will be responsible for all amenities, facilities and guests requirements within the guest room or suite. Be attentive and respond swiftly to guest requirements, ensuring genuine recognition and anticipating guests' needs during every step of their stay. Coordinate in preparation for the guests' stay by communicating to relevant departments and upholding an extensive guest's history using Opera system and the Butler private log.

    As a Kitchen Porter you will provide support to all Food & Beverage departments behind the scenes. You will take a hands-on approach to your role. You will be a team player to ensure that all china, glassware and silver ware to the highest standards, and that all operating equipment is stored in the correct manner so to avoid accidents and unnecessary breakages. You will ensure all back of house areas are maintained to the highest cleaning standard. You will ensure that all back of house corridors are cleaned and free from obstructions.

    Key Requirements

    The ideal candidate would be able to demonstrate the following attributes:

    Previous experience within a cleaning operation within a luxury environment is preferred.Good COSHH, Health & Safety, Food Hygiene and Manual Handling knowledge required.Good command of the English language.Immaculate grooming standards.Please note that this position requires Manual Handling and some Heavy Lifting.

    Candidate Profile

    As a Reservations Agent you will provide an exceptional guest service experience in a professional and efficient manner. You will be responsible for taking and managing reservations via email, telephone and other methods of communication. You will be an excellent communicator, with an eye for details, and take a hands-on approach to your role. You will be a great team player with a real passion for exceptional customer service to ensure a memorable experience for our guests.

    Key Requirements

    The ideal candidate would be able to demonstrate the following attributes:

    Previous experience within Front Office in a 4* or 5* establishment is essential and experience in the luxury London market would be preferred

    Excellent command of the English language and a second language would be preferred

    Ability to work on own initiative is essential

    Knowledge of Opera system would be preferred
