The role of Planner / Scheduler is an essential part of the team – your role coordinates our mobile workforce to ensure jobs are booked with the relevant tradesperson in a timely manner and that we’re delivering excellent customer service to residents and leaseholders. This will include: - Being the first point of contact for all tenants regarding any repair issues to their property or defects to the block - Booking repair issues and appointments on the in-house system (Aareon QL & DRS) - Liaising with engineers ensuring that they have all the relevant information and materials to successfully carry out the repair - Liaising with customers to advise of appointments or delays and updates on follow-on works - Planning / scheduling of work for both operative and sub-contractors as well as daily emergency work Being a reactive role, this position requires somebody with excellent organisation skills, a good eye for detail and the ability to work in a fast-paced, often pressurised environment. You will ideally have prior experience as a Planner / Scheduler, and have a commitment to delivering excellent customer service at all times in a professional, courteous manner.
