This is an excellent opportunity for an ambitious legal professional with infrastructure experience to manage their own caseload while supporting a high-performing national team. You'll work with an impressive client base across residential and commercial development projects, gaining exposure to complex infrastructure agreements and development site disposals within a collaborative and supportive environment. The Role We are seeking an Infrastructure Paralegal to manage their own caseload of infrastructure agreements and residential development site disposals, while supporting fee earners across a broad range of Real Estate matters. Responsibilities include: Managing your own caseload of infrastructure agreements Handling residential development site disposals, including transfers of public open space Communicating with clients and external solicitors by telephone and in writing Conducting legal research on infrastructure and real estate matters Preparing regular client updates through meetings and written reports Reporting on legal documentation, highlighting key terms and amendments to standard precedents Assisting with the preparation and management of legal documentation Working collaboratively to develop and improve internal processes and precedents Delivering exceptional client service to both internal and external stakeholders Attending client meetings where appropriate Participating in business development, marketing and networking events Managing files, correspondence and documentation accurately Prioritising work effectively to meet multiple deadlines Supporting the wider Real Estate team on a variety of transactions About You Degree educated, ideally with LPC or CILEX qualification Minimum 3 years' experience dealing with infrastructure agreements Experience managing your own caseload within a Real Estate or Infrastructure team Strong understanding of infrastructure agreements and residential development disposals Excellent client care and relationship management skills Strong written and verbal communication abilities High attention to detail and excellent organisational skills Ability to manage competing priorities and work to tight deadlines Proactive with a positive, can-do attitude Strong team player with the ability to work independently Confident using Microsoft Office applications including Word, Excel and Outlook Professional presentation and communication skills Willingness to participate in business development and networking activities Desirable: Previous experience within a leading Real Estate practice Experience working with developer, investor or infrastructure clients Strong knowledge of commercial property and development transactions The Team You'll be joining one of the UK's largest and most respected Real Estate teams, advising an outstanding portfolio of clients including commercial and residential developers, investors, banks, funders, corporate occupiers and public sector organisations.
