Shape the Future of Renewable Energy
Working in the asset management team, you will gain hands-on experience in
managing construction and operational wind, solar and battery storage energy
assets across multiple countries. Working closely with the Technical and Commercial
Asset Management teams, you will learn how we monitor renewable energy
performance, mitigate construction risk, and ensure long-term financial and technical
success.
This is an opportunity to develop technical, analytical, and problem-solving skills
while working in a fast-paced environment alongside experienced asset managers.
You’ll gain insights into the real-world operation of large-scale renewable energy
projects, making a tangible impact on the clean energy transition.
What You'll Do Analyze wind and solar operational data to identify trends, anomalies, and performance gaps
Support monthly reporting processes by providing technical insights for stakeholders
Track and visualize key performance indicators across wind, solar, and battery assets
Assist with budgeting, energy production forecasting, and industry benchmarking
Manage operational incidents and maintenance trends to improve asset reliability
Contribute to construction risk mitigation and asset life-extension evaluations
Monitor industry trends and regulatory changes to maintain a competitive edge

the fastest-growing sectors in renewables What You'll Need To be curious and passionate about renewable energy - You don't need a degree in engineering
or finance but you should have an interest in energy, data analysis, and problem-solving.
To be proficient in Microsoft Excel (, data handling, pivot tables, formulas).
To have strong analytical skills with an ability to interpret numerical data and spot trends.
To have structured approach to problem-solving and attention to detail.
To have a willingness to learn technical and commercial aspects of wind and solar
operations.
To have good communication skills – you’ll be explaining findings to both technical and
non-technical stakeholders.
To be self-motivated and ability to work independently as well as in a team.
Desired but not Essential Skills
● Experience with Python, SQL, or Power BI for data analysis.
● Understanding of wind turbine and solar PV technologies.
● Knowledge of energy markets, regulations, and grid constraints affecting wind and solar
power.
