    We are recruiting for a Systems Change Lead to join us here at Octavius. Reporting to the Systems Architecture Manager, you'll play a key role in delivering technology change across our growing civil engineering business. We're investing heavily in our digital landscape to support safe, sustainable and efficient transport solutions throughout the UK and this role will help ensure our systems evolve in a secure, modern and effective way. You'll help shape, design and implement changes to our core systems, integrations and data flows, ensuring our technology environment is robust, efficient and aligned with leading practice. The role is offered on a hybrid basis, with your main office base being one of our locations (including London, Reigate, Coventry, Winchester, or Hatfield). You can work mostly from home, with occasional travel to offices or project sites, or there's flexibility for you to spend more time in the office if that suits your working style — we don't mandate set office days, and we trust you to work where you do your best work.   You'll be working on… Designing system solutions aligned with enterprise and solution architecture. Implementing configuration changes across key platforms such as Snowflake, Mimecast, COINS, Procore, Salesforce, UKG and other critical business systems. Developing integrations and data feeds in line with integration and data architecture principles. Contributing to technology solution selection by assessing non-functional requirements. Supporting engagement with business teams to understand unmet technology needs and future system requirements. Deploying approved changes within our Microsoft ecosystem, including Power Platform, Azure Data Factory, SQL Server and M365 device policies. Monitoring system capacity and forecasting future needs to ensure performance and scalability. Proven experience developing systems integrations and data feeds, working to integration and data architecture standards. Experience working closely with business stakeholders, system superusers and technology partners to gather requirements, shape solutions, support decision-making for new technology selection and deliver system changes effectively. Strong grounding in IT software, infrastructure, secure development and cyber security principles, governance and capacity management within a corporate environment.
