    Medway Development Company Ltd is an independent company wholly owned by Medway Council to deliver high-quality private and affordable homes that support the regeneration of Medway while generating returns for the Council. Since launching operations in 2019, MDC has built strong momentum, with plans to deliver 700 new homes within five years and a growing development pipeline ahead. The company is now seeking an ambitious Head of Lettings, Sales & Marketing to join the Senior Management Team, reporting to the Development Director. This is a key strategic leadership role with genuine potential to develop to Director level as the company grows. The Role You will lead and shape MDC's sales and marketing strategy, driving performance across private sale, private rented sector, shared ownership, resales, staircasing and First Time Buyer initiatives. Key responsibilities include: Leading the overall sales and marketing function to maximise performance and incomeSetting KPIs and sales targets in collaboration with the Development DirectorDriving marketing strategy to support regeneration objectives and PRS growthOverseeing resales and staircasing to optimise revenueContributing to scheme viability, pricing strategy and market positioningManaging financial reporting, forecasting and sales cashflowBuilding strong relationships with Homes England and key external partnersLeading and developing a high-performing sales team About You You are an experienced, strategic sales leader with a strong track record in new-build residential development, housing association or private developer environments.
