    About the team and the role As the Operations Associate at Ocado Ads, you will be the engine room of our media business. You will play a critical role in bridging the gap between our sophisticated data products and our clients. You will take full ownership of the operational lifecycle for Beet (our insight platform), as well as our Onsite and Offsite media propositions. This is a highly cross-functional role requiring a mix of project management, technical platform administration, and stakeholder enablement.
    What you’ll do Platform Setup & Technical Operations Lead the end-to-end technical setup for Off-site campaigns across social media platforms and data partners.Own the setup and training of the Ocado Ads Manager and provide operational support for retail media ad vendor integrations.Manage the onboarding and system setup for all new users across Beet, Onsite, and Offsite tools.Oversee the ongoing management of live campaigns to ensure technical delivery aligns with project specs. Training & Stakeholder Enablement Design and run Insight training sessions for Beet, catering to both internal Ocado teams and external brand clients.Act as the subject matter expert for Ocado Ads Manager, providing hands-on training to ensure users are self-sufficient.Project manager, create and update "how-to" documentation and FAQs to support platform adoption and best practices. Support & Issue Resolution Manage the Beet Helpdesk, acting as the first point of contact for troubleshooting, bug reporting, and general platform inquiries.Work closely with the Propositions Lead to escalate technical hurdles and provide feedback on platform usability.Provide day-to-day operational assistance to the wider media team to ensure smooth campaign execution. Project Management & Finance Own the monthly billing cycle across Ocado Ads solutions, ensuring all Beet subscriptions, Onsite media, and Offsite campaigns are accurately invoiced.Maintain the master project roadmap for Offsite media, ensuring all milestones—from data partner syncs to creative go-live—are met.Continuously look for ways to streamline workflows to reduce manual processes and improve accuracy.

    About the team and the role You will be a key member of the Financial Reporting and Controls team and integral to driving improvements in the financial controls landscape at Ocado Retail. Key responsibilities will include liaison across the finance function and wider business to review and assess the controls in place and work together to uplift the current environment in response to the additional regulatory requirements.     What you’ll do Reviewing the effectiveness of controls: Be the second line of defence within the financial controls team through assessment and testing of the design and operating effectiveness of financial controls. Working with process owners to raise remediation actions and tracking these through to completion.Enhance controls maturity across the finance function: Work closely with process owners and the wider business to promote control awareness, understanding of how to comply with the financial controls framework policy, accountability for controls and the implementation of improvement recommendations, whilst maintaining focus on the wider vision of improving control environment maturity.     About the team and the role As part of our strategic development of product management within ORL, we are creating a dedicated Product Pod for the Ocado Hub. This new, agile team will own the development and innovation roadmap for a suite of critical supplier-facing applications, including Supplier Hub, Promotions, JBP, Ads Manager, and Beet (Ocado’s self-serve data platform).

    We are looking for two versatile and skilled Software Engineers to join this new pod. You will be a crucial member of the engineering team, responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining both the front-end and back-end components of our new application suite. You will work across the entire technology stack to build robust, scalable, and high-quality features that deliver an excellent experience for our valued supplier partners.
    What you’ll do

    Full Stack Development Design, build, and maintain efficient, reusable, and reliable code across the full technology stack (front-end and back-end).Develop user-facing features and corresponding back-end services and APIs.Integrate data from various back-end services and databases.Write and maintain unit and integration tests to ensure code quality and application robustness. Technical Implementation and Delivery Collaborate with the Product Manager, Lead Developer, and other engineers to translate product requirements into technical solutions.Participate actively in the team's agile sprint-based workflow, from planning and design through to testing and deployment.Ensure all code and deployment artefacts align with Ocado Retail's technology standards, principles, and architectural vision.Contribute to the continuous improvement of the team's development practices and CI/CD pipeline.     Who you are

    Essential Proven experience as a Full Stack or Software Developer, with a strong track record of building and delivering web applications.Extensive hands-on experience across the stack with languages and frameworks such as Node.js (back-end), JavaScript/Angular (front-end), SQL.Strong knowledge of cloud platforms (GCP or AWS), software design patterns, and CI/CD principles, including experience with unit testing frameworks and methodologies.Experience in version control systems (e.g., Git).Knowledge of Infrastructure-as-Code (IaC) tools like Terraform, and exposure to container orchestration platforms.A solid understanding of web performance, security standards, and accessibility best practices.Demonstrable expertise in Agile software development methodologies and working in product-focused teams.Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
