    We're looking for a commercially driven, ambitious and proven sales professional to play a key role in the next stage of our growth journey. Having established a strong reputation within the security industry and built an impressive client portfolio through referrals, relationships and organic growth, we're now looking to invest in a dedicated Business Development Manager who can proactively identify, develop and secure new business opportunities across the UK. This is an opportunity for someone who thrives on opening doors, building relationships and generating revenue. You'll have the autonomy to manage your own diary, develop your own strategy and focus on winning business, without being micromanaged. The Role The Business Development Manager will be responsible for generating new revenue opportunities, developing strategic relationships and increasing the company's market share within the security sector. You will identify opportunities, create and execute business development strategies, build relationships with key decision-makers and convert opportunities into profitable long-term partnerships. This is primarily a field-based role, with regular travel across the UK to attend client meetings, networking events, site visits and industry functions.
