You will provide warm, person-centred care that supports each resident to live well every day. From helping with personal care and daily routines to supporting residents during meals or engaging them in activities and conversation, you will bring comfort, companionship and dignity to those you care for. You will also support our team in creating a safe, clean and welcoming environment, and always be alert to any changes in a resident’s health or wellbeing.About You
Whether you are just starting out or have years of experience, we are looking for individuals who are:Caring and compassionateRespectful and patientWilling to learn and work as part of a supportive teamPassionate about providing excellent careA qualification such as SVQ Level 2 in Health and Social Care is desirable but not essential – we will support the right person to train and succeed.About Us
