    Key ResponsibilitiesSupport daily transport and logistics operations, including customer and collection order scheduling and driver instructions.Assist with vehicle and 3PL (third-party logistics) planning, ensuring timely and accurate delivery coordination.Provide inbound logistics support, including handling driver documentation, vehicle weighments, and monitoring site traffic flow through the gatehouse.Prepare and issue picking lists, delivery notes, and related transport documentation using internal systems.Maintain accurate records, reports, and documentation to ensure compliance and traceability.Liaise with customers to resolve delivery or collection issues, ensuring excellent service and follow-up through CRM systems.Support the Gatehouse team when needed and ensure processes are followed efficiently.Identify and suggest opportunities to improve logistics administration processes.Work closely with the Logistics Manager and Transport Planner, contributing to team objectives and supporting cross-functional collaboration.Skills and Expertise
    Qualifications and Experience:1–2 years of experience in logistics, transport planning, or administration within a manufacturing or distribution environmentGood IT literacy and experience using MS Office (Excel, Outlook, Word)Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environmentExcellent communication skills and confidence when dealing with drivers, customers, and internal teams.Flexible and reliable, able to support the team during busy periods or provide cover when needed.Organised, proactive, and resilient team player with strong problem-solving and interpersonal abilities, eager to learn and continuously improve.Work model: On-site, full-time (Ashbourne, UK)Why You Will Love Working with Us
