Deliver complex care visits in the home environment as needed. Supervise and train new staff members when required. Support the development of children's services in partnership with cross-functional teams. Ensure service users are central to care delivery, prioritizing their needs. Undertake and advise on care planning activities and risk assessments. Promote and safeguard the welfare of clients and service users, adhering to regulatory standards and compliance with clinical governance. What we are looking for in a successful candidate: Experienced paediatric nurse dedicated to delivering best practice with flexibility and reliability. Registered with the Nursing and Midwifery Council (NMC). Possesses a minimum of three years' post-registration experience as a registered children's nurse. Experienced in paediatric complex care.
