    Role Overview:  
    We’re hiring an Account Executive to drive growth across the UK&I Advisory and Legal domain, with a focus on Advisory Firms, Legal Service Providers and Law Firms. This role exists to grow revenue by developing strategic relationships, securing new business and expanding our partnership with existing customers. It requires a balanced mix of new business development and account management, and is ideal for someone who combines commercial drive with consultative stakeholder engagement.  

    Location  
    This position will be based in our London office. The candidate is required to attend the office a minimum of 3 days per week but may voluntarily elect to work either remotely or from the London office for the remaining days of the week. (We are in Holborn)  
    Key Responsibilities Exceed activity, pipeline and revenue goals.   Connect with people daily through both calls and meetings as part of your routine responsibilities.   Proactively assess, clarify and validate customer needs on an ongoing basis.   Maintain and grow existing customer relationships, ensuring retention and ongoing success.   Drive upsell, cross-sell and expansion into new teams, regions and use cases   Lead the development of proposals, tender responses and commercial submissions   Manage pipeline, forecast accurately and achieve both new business and account growth target   Drive through the full sales cycle, assessing and building relationships, delivering presentations and winning business.   Maintain in-depth knowledge of the Nuix product and value-adds including new releases and be informed about latest industry developments.   Collaborate with the Professional Services team to ensure successful customer experience, adoption and engagement.   Participate at industry events and forums in liaison with Nuix EMEA Marketing.   Be a Nuix brand ambassador in the marketplace.   Support the wider Sales Team on sales activities, administration, lead generation calling and events.   Demonstrate the Nuix behaviours at all times.  
    Skills, Knowledge and Expertise Demonstrated relevant Sales experience at least three years with a track record of exceeding performance targets   Strong account management skills with a track record of growing existing customers   Confident engaging senior stakeholders and influencing complex buying groups   Confidence to present software and solution value to key prospects.   Proven negotiation skills.   Highly organised with the ability to prioritise and manage time effectively with high levels of attention to detail.   A self-starter who is hungry to be part of a high performing team environment at a world leading software solutions company.   Ability to overcome objections and obstacles with an openness to feedback and dedication to continued professional development.   Desirable / Nice to Have   Experience with Nuix or other digital forensics, eDiscovery, or investigative analytics platforms   Experience selling eDiscovery, SaaS, AI, cloud transformation or digital investigation solutions   Background working with Advisories, Legal Service Providers and Law Firms   Familiarity with digital forensics, data review workflows or investigative processes  We strive to make any required adjustments where possible to make the process fair and equitable for everyone.     Role Overview:  The Pre-Sales Engineer at Nuix plays a pivotal role in advancing sales opportunities by leveraging storytelling, understanding the product strategy, engaging with customers to understand their needs and effectively showcase Nuix solutions to address pain points and drive business value.   

    This role enhances the Nuix sales strategy by providing technical expertise and support during the sales process by demonstrating the value of our solutions. This is achieved by engaging with current and prospective customers to assess the business and technical needs to demonstrate the compelling value of the Nuix solution. This role collaborates with Sales Executives, leveraging their technical expertise to facilitate informed decisionmaking that directly benefits our customers and supports to close deals more effectively.  

    This role owns all technical activities involved in the pre-sales cycle, from solution demonstrations to Proof of Concepts to solution design and deployment. This may include working on complex customer engagements involving solutions spanning multiple Nuix products. This partnership ensures that customers receive solutions tailored to their needs, enhancing their overall experience and driving our sales success.   

    The Pre-Sales Engineer will be seen as a market and knowledge leader on the specific Nuix Solution, able to take external industry trends and combine them with Nuix NEO & Discover capabilities to educate and evangelise to customers, partners and Nuix internal employees.  

    The Pre-Sales Engineer will be cross trained and able to support all core Nuix offerings including, but is not limited to, NEO Investigations & Fraud, NEO Data Privacy, NEO Legal and Discover.  

    This role requires a proactive can-do attitude, ability to create and deliver compelling presentations to existing and prospective customers and works well both independently and in conjunction with other teammates and departments.

    Key ResponsibilitiesClient Development    Partner with the Sales team to close new and upsell business by understanding pain points and showcasing Nuix-aligned approaches.     Drive and support large complex solution sales, generally >$250k ACV, focused mainly within the UK and Central Europe, although other EMEA coverage may be required from time to time.   Collaborate and win as a team (Pre-Sales and Sales Reps) and support with knowledge sharing by mentoring others.   Be part of a team who thrives in meeting and presenting to new prospective customers.   Conduct solution demonstrations for existing and prospective customers: onsite, at industry specific events or via teleconference.    Educate prospective customers on Nuix offerings and solutions through events and marketing initiatives.     Participate in meetings with customers and support Sales in handling objections or asking challenging questions to move sales opportunities forward.    Must be able to align solutions with customer business problems through effective Technical Discovery and Scoping. This will include scoping work for large tender/RFx.   Technical Proficiency and Collateral   Bridge the gap between technical and non-technical stakeholders. Be the catalyst to mesh business and technical requirements into actionable outcomes.    Proficient in the Nuix technology stack, Products and Solutions and be hands on with technology.    Design and deliver proof of concepts (PoC) tailored to meet prospective customers’ business, functional and technical requirements following Project Management methodology.    Design and deliver solutions to customers, from documentation of software/hardware recommendations and workflows to deployment of the Nuix solution and conducting knowledge transfer and consultation sessions and complete technical validation.    Learn and maintain expert knowledge of Nuix solutions and workflows, including deployment, and best practices.    Generate presentations, project plans, and other technical and workflow summary documentation as needed.    Create standard demonstrations and presentations in partnership with the product leads.   Create and customize internal and external collateral to support our customers’ use of Nuix solutions.    Develop/maintain familiarity with the use and setup of common virtual and physical Nuix system configurations.    Build and sustain expert knowledge of common customer and industry specific use cases and business challenges.     Work with our Professional Services and wider Technical Community to maximise customer satisfaction and optimisation.    Become a link between customers and the Nuix Product/Development teams to drive solution development in alignment with the customer’s vision.   Demonstrate the Nuix behaviours at all times.   
    Skills, Knowledge and Expertise Bachelor’s degree, preferably in computer science/business related field.    5 years’ minimum experience in eDiscovery/Digital Forensics, including experience with industry standards for Processing, Analysing, and Reviewing data.     Experience with using, deploying, supporting and troubleshooting one or more of the following platforms: Nuix, EnCase, FTK, Magnet, Axcelerate, Relativity, Clearwell, Concordance.    Enterprise-level business project experience with strong process, analysis, design, and documentation skills.    Strong interpersonal skills with superior verbal and written communication skills.    Demonstrated problem solving ability and attention to detail to deliver high quality output while meeting deadlines.    Ability to collaborate and communicate effectively across multiple time-zones.    Capability to manage competing priorities.    Experience with SQL, virtualization (VMWare), ElasticSearch, or Graph Databases is beneficial.   Expertise in one or more coding languages (Java, Python, Ruby) is beneficial  Fluency In EU languages: specifically German, Spanish, French, Italian are a plus Love the role, but not the right fit for you?
