    The Role We are looking for a Product Marketing Manager to join our Growth team. In this role, you will accelerate our content development and the communication of nPlan's AI-powered forecasting and risk management technology to megaprojects globally.

    You'll have autonomy, ownership, and trust from day one, and be working with talented people who care deeply about our mission.
    Who we're looking for: We're excited to hear from people who bring curiosity, collaboration, and initiative. For this role we are looking for: You have at least 5 years of experience in product marketing, marketing management, or product management experience.You have a proven track record of launching and scaling B2B technology products, ideally in SaaS, cloud, or AI-driven environments.You have superior writing and communication skills, can write comprehensive product-market briefs (not just using ChatGPT), and have the ability to craft compelling messaging and positioning for technical audiences.You grasp technical product details quickly and can articulate them to a non-technical audience, communicating business outcomes by adopting technology. You have demonstrated the ability to create and execute integrated marketing campaigns across digital, content, events, and partner channels, with proven results in generating demand for high-tech products. You have experience creating content in many forms—sales collateral, presentations, landing pages, blogs, videos, webinars, and more. You have experience developing go-to-market strategies, including pricing, packaging, and sales enablement for AI or software products.You have familiarity with data-driven marketing tools and analytics platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, HubSpot, Salesforce, Marketo)Please mention the word 'crane' in your application

Our technology helps the world's biggest construction projects make faster, more confident, data-driven decisions. By combining one of the world's largest datasets of project plans with advanced machine learning, we forecast project outcomes and reduce risk — reshaping how infrastructure gets built. We work with complex graph data (each with 10,000+ nodes), applying multiple ML and LLM approaches to understanding the data, extracting meaningful insights from it using a proprietary forecasting engine, and empowering deep human interactions - all of which must work efficiently and robustly in production.  As a startup, we also keep agile in a fast-moving environment! The Role We are looking for an AI Engineer (Platform) to join our Engineering team.
    You'll drive the design and implementation of AI features across our product set, taking ideas from inception to release - working with the Product organisation as fellow product and research engineers. This role is ideal for someone who thrives on technical depth, intellectual challenge, and impact at scale.
    You'll work alongside top engineers, machine learning specialists, and AI experts, shaping the future of project intelligence. What We're Looking For We're after specialists who bring both expertise and curiosity. For this role, we are looking for someone who: Keeps up to date with the latest developments in AI and loves to experiment with new modelsHas shipped LLM and generative AI-based applications to productionIs really comfortable working with Python, building APIs, with cloud-based backendsThrives when things are initially ambiguous, finding a path towards certaintyHas strong communication and collaboration skillsPlease mention the word ‘crane' in your application form We care more about potential and drive than perfection.
