You will join a team responsible for managing and overseeing legal aspects of trading activities for a well-known, dynamic alternative asset manager. The role involves supporting business initiatives across multiple trading entities and asset classes, requiring close collaboration with internal teams, external counsel, and senior management. Key Responsibilities: Drafting, negotiating, and managing trading documentation including ISDA Master Agreements, Global Master Repurchase Agreements, Securities Lending Agreements, prime brokerage agreements, clearing agreements, MiFID II terms of business, and digital assets trading agreements.
