You will support the delivery of our end-to-end customer journey, walking in our customer’s shoes and understanding their needs through great conversations and service. Our Savings Customer Ambassador’s support the growth and retention of savings through an outstanding customer experience.      This role is responsible for bringing our Savings pricing strategy to life and ensuring strong Savings performance across the Society. You’ll help shape savings products that truly meet our customers’ needs while also supporting the business with the right balance of profit, margin, and growth. Here’s a taste of what you will be doing as a Senior Savings Pricing Manager at Nottingham Building Society: -   Partner with the Head of Savings to shape and deliver the Savings Pricing Strategy, aligning with the Society’s strategic, financial, and customer-focused goals. Lead the execution of pricing strategy, working with internal senior stakeholders and external markets, recommending solutions and decisions where no precedent exists. Analyse business performance through MI, competitor pricing, and customer behaviour models to inform pricing, propositions, and forecasts. Chair the Weekly Savings Trading & Operating Forum, propose pricing changes, and contribute to monthly and quarterly financial forecasts. Manage Savings cash flow in collaboration with Treasury, supporting ILAAP scenario planning, stress testing, and funding opportunities. Represent the Society externally, maintain awareness of regulatory changes, champion speed-to-market improvements, and deputise for the Head of Savings at ALCO as required.
    About you: -   Strong knowledge of financial services, including relevant regulations and guidelines (e.g., BCOB, PSD, Consumer Duty), with a solid understanding of the UK Savings market and product development. Proven experience developing and delivering pricing strategies, using behavioural and pricing models, and supporting Savings pricing transformation. Skilled in analysing and interpreting complex data, producing meaningful MI, and contributing to successful business planning and cashflow processes. Strong organisational, communication and negotiation abilities, with the behaviours needed to work collaboratively and drive positive outcomes. Good understanding of wider Group products, services, and business aims, enabling effective alignment of savings propositions.
