You will play a key role in ensuring the shop runs smoothly, delivering outstanding customer experiences, and driving profitability. Your leadership will inspire the team to create a welcoming environment, maintain high standards of quality, and build strong relationships with customers.
Qualifications
Proven experience as a General Manager or in a senior management role within the hospitality or food & beverage industryExcellent communication, organisational, and problem-solving skillsA passion for coffee and delivering exceptional customer service
