    This is a full‑time, permanent position.Do you have good overall knowledge of domestic construction, with experience in identifying major defects and hazards, assessing them, and working collaboratively to develop practical solutions?Have you previously designed adaptations for Disabled Facilities Grants to support our elderly and vulnerable residents—working alongside colleagues to help people safely access essential facilities in their homes?Whatever your background, you must have excellent communication skills, particularly when liaising with people who access our services, many of whom may be elderly or vulnerable.Teamwork is central to this role. You will work closely with Occupational Therapists, specialist clinicians, contractors, partner organisations, and colleagues across the council.
