    Delegate work assignments,
    find the right person and assign them the right job adapting to the skill and
    necessities.Assist in the recruitment for
    new employees for the restaurant.Ensure smooth running of the
    restaurant and ensured restaurant is staffed at correct levels each day.Ensure delivery of high
    standard of service at all times.Support employee performance
    and encourage to an acceptable standard.Assist and support training
    and development of all employees.Deal effectively with
    customer complaints













     


    Required
    Qualifications & Experience:

    2 year’s experience in a
