We are 24-hour vehicle recovery company in Norwich. Offering Light and Heavy Recovery services to local companies and emergency services

We are looking to strengthen our team with the following appointments:
Heavy Recovery / Under lift Drivers Class 1
Recovery & Roadside Drivers Class 2
Roadside Breakdown Technicians
Commercial Fitter
The ideal candidate will offer all experience in recovery, but we are open to the current other industries roles. We would also consider applications to separate roles as training is provided.
You will be required to attend breakdowns and recover vehicles from the Norfolk area. Heavy drivers will use under lift or trailer vehicles to recover trucks and buses.
Class 2 drivers will be required to attend breakdowns and transport cars and vans.
Part of your duties will be recovering vehicles from road accidents and working closely with the emergency services. The ability to work unsupervised and think on your own is essential. A class 1 - 2 driving license is needed for driving duties.
Successful candidates will be able to demonstrate:

Have good customer care skills and deliver a first-class frontline customer service, always maintaining a high level of professionalism.
The ability to work under pressure.
The ability to be responsive and flexible within a fast-paced environment where no two days are the same.
Good attention to detail.
The ability to complete paperwork.
The ability to work well either alone or as part of a team.
You must have a current CPC and Dig Tacho card. Successful candidates will have to pass CRB or a security vetting check before starting.
The job is based in Norwich, and you will be working normal hours or shifts, with a callout system and overtime available.
Full and Part time positions are available. Shift systems are available to suit.
Positions starting from £14 per hour, increasing dependant on experience and qualifications.
Normally
Starting to Experienced Recovery Class 2 drivers £14 per hour
Starting to Experienced Heavy Recovery Drivers from £14- £20 per hour.
Extra money on top for callouts and overtime.
Would consider assisting with relocation costs or shift working.
Out of hours call out paid at various rates
Days, Evening and Weekend positions available

Pay: £12,000.00-£50,000.00 per year
Expected hours: 20 - 60 per week
