    Overview of the role We are seeking a motivated and professional Financial Accountant to join our Finance and Business Intelligence team.Reporting to the Senior Financial Accountant, you will play a key role in delivering high-quality services aligned with NOCN's strategic objectives.
    Key ResponsibilitiesManage day-to-day transactional finance (sales ledger, purchase ledger, bank)Prepare draft financial statements and support year-end auditOversee cash flow, bank reconciliations, and financial controlsSupervise and support finance team performance and developmentReview ledgers, payments, and debt; ensure accuracy and timely processingMaintain financial policies, procedures, and reporting (KPIs, month-end)Handle escalations and support ad-hoc finance projectsAbout You
    Qualified (ACCA/CIMA/ACA) or equivalent experienceStrong financial systems and reporting experienceBackground in preparing financial statements and improving processesStrong analytical, Excel, and communication skillsHigh attention to detail and accuracyProactive, organised, and able to meet deadlinesTeam player with leadership/management abilityValues-driven, adaptable, and professionalWilling to travel (UK)

    Overview of the role We are seeking a motivated and professional Senior Business Intelligence Analyst to join our Finance and Business Intelligence team.Reporting to the Director of Finance, you will play a key role in delivering high-quality services aligned with NOCN's strategic objectives.
    Key Responsibilities
    Lead BI reporting, dashboards, and KPI developmentEnsure data accuracy, quality, and governanceDeliver regulatory and statutory reportingSupport stakeholders with BI tools, insights, and trainingImprove BI systems using Power BI / Power PlatformAlign reporting with data and IT strategyManage, mentor, and lead the BI team
    About You
    Experienced in senior BI / reporting rolesStrong Power BI, data analysis, and SQL skillsExperience with KPI frameworks and data quality managementKnowledge of data governance and reporting standardsProven leadership / team management abilityStrong problem-solving, communication, and organisational skillsDetail-oriented, adaptable, and able to work under pressure
