What you’ll doOur Live-in Care Assistants provide essential support that enables clients to live safely and comfortably in their own homes. You’ll offer companionship, personal care, and help with daily living tasks such as shopping, meal preparation, and light housework. Every day is different, but each brings the opportunity to make a real difference.We provide full training, ongoing support, and opportunities for career progression. You’ll have your own private room in the client’s home, along with regular daily breaks.Our client lives with Cerebral Palsy and is very sociable, enjoying weekly outings and activities. Their speech is affected, so good eye contact and patience are important. They are looking for a proactive, engaging care assistant who enjoys asking questions, making suggestions, and helping plan activities.
Qualifications
What you’ll needYou will need social care experience to apply for this role. We’re are also interested in your compassion and ability to care. You’ll need to be resilient too and willing to learn new skills and develop your knowledge as part of a close-knit team. Must have previous experience of working with a client with Cerebral Pals.
