This role is 30 hours per week, with the opportunity to flex up in school holidays and busy periods.We are currently recruiting for a Courts supervisor and a Café/Kitchen supervisor. Skills and experience Experience in the leisure or hospitality sector Previous supervisory or teamlead experience in a busy venue Experience working with children is highly advantageous Strong knowledge of health & food safety Confident in leading shifts and delivering guest experience through your team Understanding of KPIs and how to deliver them operationally Ability to adapt quickly, stay resilient, and lead with energy A genuine ambition to deliver a fun customer experience, consistently Comfortable working in a busy, fast-paced environment Organised and can manage own time Able to learn new skills and information Great team player Able to listen to and action instructions Able to always communicate professionally and with respect Excellent record of time keeping Party experience desirable Experience with food safety desirable Experience working with children desirable Benefits
