    About the Company:Niftylift Limited is a private UK company founded in 1985 and is now one of the world's leading designers and manufacturers of mobile elevated work platforms.     We are currently recruiting a Logistics Controller to join our state-of-the-art manufacturing facility in Milton Keynes.
    Role Overview: The Logistics Controller will be responsible for accurate stock control and the safe handling of materials across goods-in, stores, line feeding, issuing and kitting of parts, yard areas, chassis pre-assembly, and marshalling.
    Working Hours:Monday to Friday, 08:00 - 16:30Mandatory structured overtime depending on production requirements
    Key Responsibilities:Efficient organisation and control of logistics tasks while maintaining full compliance with health and safety standardsDeveloping skills across the full stock control process and supporting the training of new team membersFull compliance with departmental procedures and ISO 45001 standards, ensuring total quality focus throughout all stores processesMaintaining accurate data within the company manufacturing system, including quantities, part identification, and stock locationsConducting stock takes and cycle counts in line with company procedures, identifying discrepancies and implementing corrective actionsSafe operation and daily maintenance checks of company forklift trucksWorking collaboratively to achieve customer quality, delivery, cost, and innovation targets
    Qualifications & Experience:Experience in material handlingFLT (Flexi/Bendi) and Counterbalance licences (desirable)Computer skills including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook

    Salary & Earnings:Guaranteed hourly starting rate: £12.37 per hour (rising to a maximum of £13.42 per hour once signed off at specific skill levels)Overtime premiums: Level A - £18.55 per hour (1.5x), Level B - £24.74 per hour (2.0x)Bonus: Weekly production bonus guaranteed at a minimum of £50 per week when all qualifying criteria are met, annual bonus (for indication only) based on recent average £500 per annum
