The Role You will advise on a wide range of matters, including: Real estate finance (investment and development financing) Structured real estate transactions Cross-border financings involving institutional lenders and sponsors Refinancings, acquisitions and portfolio deals The team operates across jurisdictions, regularly acting for global financial institutions, private equity sponsors, and major real estate investors.
