Shift patterns: Monday to Friday, can be as early as 6am or as late as 10pm (candidates need to be flexible)

We're now looking for a Operations Supervisor.
✅A TYPICAL DAY MAY INVOLVE
To manager the day to day operation of the transport department
To motivate drivers to achieve planned schedule and deadlines
Ensure 100% adherence to tachograph and working time regulations
Operate within the company's Operators License requirements
Ensure and monitor the welfare and health and safety of our employees, customers and the general public
Monitor workforce attendance and conduct return to work interviews
Control and manage employees rotational shift patterns
Ensure fleet utilisation and fleet maintenance providers are managed effectively
Check, confirm and record operational statistics
