✅WHAT YOU'LL DO
Supervise/ mangage Drivers & direct reports within a transport operation
Compliance and transport regulations in line with customer KPIs
People management including absence, discipliners and ensuring all employees comply with the DHL code of conduct
Helping maintain a positive workplace culture, recognizing excellence
Support direct reports and helping drive engagement culture with are site teams.
✅WHAT YOU'LL BRING
Transport logistics experience essential
Transport legal compliance desirable
Transport health and safety compliance essential
Pro active can work well under pressure
Microsoft office, apps, excel, good knowledge required
Excellent communication skills, verbal and written
