We're currently looking for a Record to Report (R2R) Subject Matter Expert to join our Finance Workstream within the Digital Strategy Programme. This business-facing role will lead the design and implementation of future-state finance solutions, supporting the development of a modern operating model aligned with our long-term strategic objectives. What You'll Do You'll act as the subject matter expert for the end-to-end R2R process, working closely with implementation partners, senior stakeholders, SMEs, and end-users. You'll help shape and validate future-state processes, improve system capabilities, and ensure robust governance and compliance across financial reporting and control. Key Responsibilities Lead the design and validation of future-state R2R processes, covering journal entries, revenue recognition, and audit trail transparency. Configure accounting systems to automate entries (e.g. accruals, prepayments, deferred income), reducing manual effort and improving efficiency. Design a systemised cost allocation model at property and customer levels, including internal recharge mechanisms and balance sheet reconciliation. Define and implement financial reporting frameworks for statutory, governmental, and management reporting, ensuring regulatory compliance. Ensure reporting systems support multi-dimensional views (e.g. customer, property, region, capital projects) and enable self-service access to accurate data. Establish internal controls and risk management protocols, including segregation of duties, approval matrices, and audit support. Support tax and compliance configuration for Corporation Tax, VAT, Capital Allowances, and CIS. Oversee fixed asset management processes, including asset classification, depreciation, lease accounting (IFRS 16), and integration with property systems. Champion data governance and system integrity, working with architecture teams to ensure ERP and reporting tools meet performance needs. Act as a change champion, supporting workshops, walkthroughs, testing, and training to ensure successful adoption of the new R2R solution. Provide detailed insights into current processes and pain points, helping shape transformational outcomes. Drive the definition and documentation of desired outcomes for change, ensuring they are reflected in the DSP design process. Support testing through creation and execution of end-to-end scenarios, triaging issues and assessing business impact. Communicate changes effectively to impacted teams and support training and knowledge transfer. Identify and mitigate risks or unintended consequences of proposed changes in collaboration with the wider project team. We're looking for a Colleague Relations Case Manager who combines expert knowledge of employment law and employee rights with empathy, sound judgement, and a love of problem-solving. You'll thrive in times of change and transformation, including complex processes such as TUPE transfers, bringing clarity to the grey and confidence to the unknown. Your ability to build trust through fair and consistent advice will help us navigate organisational change while keeping our people at the heart of everything we do.
    What you'll do: Partner and influence managers across the Midlands to resolve complex colleague relations cases. Coach and guide leaders to make confident, values-led decisions. Provide clear, balanced advice grounded in employment law and best practice. Travel regularly, up to 3 times a week, to be a visible, proactive presence supporting our teams. What we're looking for: Strong ER/CR and employment law experience CIPD Level 7 (completed or working towards) Experience with TUPE Calm, credible, and solutions-focused approach Comfortable with change, ambiguity, and transformation

We're looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Tax Manager to join our Finance team. In this role, you'll provide expertise and support on tax advisory, forecasting, preparation, and reporting. You'll take ownership of key tax compliance and advisory responsibilities, ensuring accurate and timely submissions across Corporation Tax, VAT, and CIS. Who You Are You're a qualified tax professional with strong knowledge of UK Corporation Tax, VAT, and CIS. Highly organised and detail-focused, you deliver accurate results under pressure. You communicate clearly, build strong relationships, and embrace technology to improve processes. Proactive and adaptable, you're committed to continuous improvement and adding value. Key Responsibilities Oversee accurate and timely return submissions, review third-party prepare outputs, manage elections, and forecast liabilities. Prepare and submit quarterly VAT returns, including partial exemption calculations, and provide VAT advice on transactions. Prepare and submit monthly CIS returns, review vendor deductions, and ensure compliant reporting. Lead on statutory accounts tax notes and deferred tax provisioning calculations. Handle internal business queries, external auditor requests, and HMRC correspondence promptly and accurately. Ensure accurate and timely completion of Senior Accounting Officer certification. Participate in tax technology implementations and drive process improvements using digital solutions. Conduct technical tax research, model impacts of regulatory changes, and deliver training to strengthen compliance.
