Based at University Hospital Wishaw, this is a weekend only post for the centralised service for both the North and South Lanarkshire populations. Through participation in the Scottish Hip audit we are recognised as one of the busiest departments within Scotland.Applicants must be able to demonstrate an understanding of the role of Occupational Therapy and Physiotherapy, clinical reasoning and core therapy skills. They will be able to prioritise and work in a busy and fast-paced environment. Also, demonstrate a self-motivating and dynamic approach. Focus on early intervention and discharge planning is key to timeous discharge.
