    Our partner nursery is a successful and thriving family-run business with an award-winning leadership team. Based in a high-quality setting in Allerton Bywater that opened in April 2025, the nursery is busier than ever and highly thought of within the community. The management team is friendly, supportive, and possesses many years of experience. The nursery's goal is to ensure every child develops their full potential in a safe, happy, and caring environment.
    The Role
    The nursery is looking for an enthusiastic, creative, and inspirational Level 3 Early Years Educator to support an already amazing team in the Toddler Room. This role is crucial in fostering children's social, emotional, and cognitive growth during these formative years.
    Flexible Working Options:
    3-Day Week: 30 hours
    4-Day Week: 40 hours
    Key Responsibilities
    Plan and implement engaging educational activities that cater specifically to the developmental needs of toddlers.
    Create a safe, welcoming, and inclusive environment.
    Foster positive relationships with children, encouraging their growing independence and self-esteem.
    Manage classroom dynamics and behaviour effectively, promoting positive interactions.
    Observe and assess progress, documenting development and communicating updates to parents.
    Maintain accurate records of attendance, progress, and any incidents.


    RequirementsRequirements
    Qualification: Level 3 or above in Childcare (Full and Relevant).
    Experience: Minimum 1 year in a nursery setting.
    Certification: Paediatric First Aid (or a willingness to complete this).
    Skills: Strong knowledge of early childhood education principles and a genuine love for working with young children.
    DBS: An up-to-date DBS on the Update Service is required (Role is exempt from the Rehabilitation of Offenders Act 1974).
