    Job Description Your Team is responsible for the accurate and timely end to end processing of 10 diverse in-house UK payrolls, in collaboration with various departments within News UK and other Group Companies. The team is one of two payroll teams that sits within the Finance Shared Services Department of News UK  Your Role: Reporting into the Payroll Manager, you will directly manage a team of four and the relationships of multiple stakeholders across the organisation in order to deliver a reliable and highly trusted service while being adaptive to change according to business need. Day to day you will:  Resolve payroll run errors, produce and reconcile multiple Bacs files and RTI reports Resolve technical payroll queries escalated by the Senior Payroll Administrators and Payroll Administrators Manually calculate Gross to net and pay on-costs and Debtor Management Oversee the resolution of issues arising on the payroll GL reconciliations Identify opportunities and make recommendations in support of process improvements to drive efficiency and effectiveness within the team. Support, train and mentor the team of 4, including completion of PDR and development plans. What we’re looking for from you:  Hold a CIPP Foundation degree or equivalent Have a clear understanding of employment law and tax regulations and the application to payroll procedures  Proven management skills Knowledge of the SAP ECC 6 system payroll or similar complex systems and be able to gather data and problem solve Strong Excel skills (Pivot tables, v-look up, nesting formulae) Good understanding of Payroll Accounting practises and procedures Ability to work under pressure and to tight deadlines Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills. We have combined the famous journalistic expertise of The Times and The Sunday Times with the radio experience of News Broadcasting to create a station that has around 600,000 weekly listeners. We have a world-class line-up of presenters talking to excellent guests, who value conversation over confrontation. The Role: Times Radio is growing and will be launching a fully visualised live-stream of its high-quality output on YouTube in 2026. You could be part of that exciting change as a Multicam Operator, working on live vision-mixing and producing on-screen graphics for the visualised output of Times Radio. You will be required to have laser-like focus and not be distracted with what can be a lively and noisy control room and newsroom. As part of the role, you’ll also work on the visualisation of talkSPORT, TALK and Virgin Radio. This role involves shift work, evenings and weekends.  Responsibilities:  Vision-mixing in a live broadcast environment Visual content creation and Project Management Correctly copying text on to on-screen graphics Liaising with the Visual News Producer/Editor and grabbing assets from folders  Make sure presenters and guests are framed correctly and constantly checking the output To be fully aware of all compliance issues including Ofcom, reporting restrictions, Imaging and Sports rights etc. Take responsibility with what can be done to make our visuals look next level Reporting technical issues through the appropriate channels Constantly checking for breaking news and stories across current affairs, politics and sports Maintaining the efficiency of Multicam (the playout software) and making sure that servers are rebooted and storage regularly checked and cleared.
