    The role is predominantly focused on new business development (80%), alongside account management and developing existing customer relationships.

    The Role You will be responsible for developing new business across Northern Ireland, identifying opportunities, building relationships and providing customers with tailored materials handling and warehouse solutions.

    The product portfolio includes: New equipment Used equipment Warehouse solutions Short-term rental solutions Key Responsibilities Develop and grow a new sales territory across Northern Ireland.

    Generate new business through proactive prospecting and relationship building.

    Manage and develop existing customer accounts.

    Conduct customer visits, site surveys and product demonstrations.

    Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline.

    Prepare and negotiate quotations and secure new business.

    Identify customer requirements and provide appropriate solutions.

    Maintain accurate CRM records and sales activity.

    Work closely with internal sales, customer service and technical teams.

    Monitor market and competitor activity to identify new opportunities.

    Attend customer and industry events where appropriate.

    About You We are looking for an ambitious field sales professional who enjoys winning new business and wants the opportunity to build something from the ground up.

    You will ideally have: Proven experience in field sales, territory management or business development.

    A strong track record of achieving sales targets.

    Experience developing a territory independently.

    Excellent communication, negotiation and relationship-building skills.

    A proactive and commercially driven approach.

    Strong new business development skills.

    Experience using CRM systems.

    A full UK driving licence.

    Experience within materials handling, forklift trucks, industrial equipment, or a similar B2B environment is essential.
