We are seeking an ambitious and passionate Head of Faculty to lead and further develop our specialist provision for young people with Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND). About the Role As Head of Faculty, you will provide strategic and operational leadership across our Inclusive Learning provision. You will drive high-quality teaching, learning and assessment, ensuring that all students receive a personalised, inclusive and aspirational education that leads to positive destinations. You will lead a skilled and dedicated team, shaping a provision that is responsive, innovative and centred on the needs of some of our most vulnerable learners.
