This is not a desk-only role. You will be supporting a fast-growing Alternative Learning Provision where no two days look the same. Duties will range from liaising with commissioning authorities and supporting referrals to assisting with rota planning, sourcing cover, and supporting learner logistics, including occasional pickups and drop-offs. Network Learning Pathways delivers personalised, flexible learning pathways for young people who are not thriving in mainstream education, supporting them to build confidence and prepare for their next steps into education, employment, or independence.
