We are a brand-new grassroots Alternative Provision (ALP) in North Somerset and we're looking for authentic, down-to-earth mentors who can build real relationships with young people aged 625. This is your chance to join a small, passionate team committed to helping young people regain confidence, trust, and purpose in a safe and supportive setting.
What You'll Be Doing:
Acting as a positive role model to young people with varying backgroundsBuilding trusted, consistent relationships based on empathy, respect, and encouragementUsing your own interests (e.g. sport, nature, art, music, mechanics, fitness, history, gaming, woodworking) to run engaging, meaningful sessionsSupporting young people to develop life skills, confidence, independence, and motivationCreating safe spaces where young people feel seen, heard, and understoodWorking 1:1 or in small groups in a peaceful countryside setting with great facilitiesYou'll Be a Great Fit If You Are:
