We’re looking for a 3D Generalist with a strong motion design focus to join one of Manchester's most exciting creative studios. Known for producing distinctive, design-led work for global brands, this team thrives on collaboration, craft, and pushing boundaries in visual storytelling.
As part of the 3D & Motion team, you’ll work across modelling, texturing, lighting, rendering, and animation, bringing ideas to life in ways that are bold, original, and beautiful.
What you’ll be doing:
Building detailed 3D models and environmentsApplying textures, lighting, and rendering for stunning resultsAnimating assets with a focus on fluid motion design and narrativeBlending 3D into wider motion content seamlessly What you’ll bring:
Experience in Cinema 4D or Blender (ideally both)Strong After Effects skills for compositing & motionAn eye for design, detail, and animation principlesA passion for experimentation and learning new tools
Bonus points if you know:
Substance, Marvellous Designer, Unreal EngineCloth, particle, or fluid simulations
