    Birmingham£80,000 to £90,000 + Car Allowance + Bonus + PackageNEOS Engineering Recruitment are working with a market-leading organisation within the Material Processing sector who are looking to appoint a Senior Aftermarket Manager to take full ownership of their aftersales function.This is a pivotal hire for the business. There is currently no dedicated leadership across aftermarket, meaning this role offers a genuine opportunity to build, shape and lead the entire function, with a clear pathway to Director level.The Role:
    • Full ownership of the Aftermarket division – parts, service, warranty & site operations
    • Lead and develop nationwide service operations, supporting machinery across customer sites
    • Manage and grow a team of 10 (Service Engineers & Parts), with plans to scale further
    • Oversee coordination of multiple OEM product lines across parts, service and support
    • Take control of parts sales, warehouse operations and stock strategy
    • Build and modernise the parts department – systems, processes and commercial performance
    • Manage warranty claims and liaise directly with OEMs and factories
    • Support breakdowns, servicing and technical queries across the customer base
    • Oversee service contracts and long-term support agreements
    • Drive aftermarket revenue through parts sales and service delivery
    • Work closely with internal teams to support the installed machine population
    • Contribute to budgeting, forecasting and overall business growthThe Candidate:
    • Proven background in the Crushing, Screening or Material Processing sector
    • Strong aftermarket experience – parts, service, warranty & contracts
    • Previous leadership experience managing engineers and parts teams
    • Commercially minded – understands how to drive revenue through aftermarket
    • Experience dealing with OEMs, suppliers and factory relationships
    • Able to build structure – processes, systems and scalable operations
    • Comfortable working in a hands-on, evolving environment
    • Strong organisational and communication skills
    • Full UK Driving Licence and happy to travelThe Opportunity:
