Perhaps you’ll be thriving at NaughtOne soon.Warehouse OperativeBased at the NaughtOne factory in Elland but moving to a brand new factory in Birstall in the Summer, we are looking for a Warehouse Operative to be responsible for efficiently booking products in & out as well as overseeing stock areas within the warehouse.Your main duties will be:Inspect and verify the accuracy of received goodsSort, label, and store items in designated areasMaintain and identify stock and job specific product within the warehouseIdentify and locate product once booked inProvide stock counts on product lines as and when requested take using NAV IT system.Box and palletise stock for safe delivery to the customerAllocate finished products into the palletised completion areaSubmit and record all completed tasks on the NAV systemMaintain a clean working environment throughout the warehouseForklift Driving – Bendi or CounterbalanceMaintain a clean and organised warehouse environmentComplete Pick Instructions in accordance with standard proceduresSupervise non-conformance components within the WarehousePerform inventory counts and stock replenishment as neededAny other reasonable duties as requested by your Line ManagerAssist with general warehouse duties as assignedSupport in carrying out company stock takes as requested.Physical DemandsLoading and unloading items onto 3rd party transportation vehicle, either manually or mechanicallyStacking of goods in correct storage baysStacking of empty palletsForklift DrivingWe offer full training on our product portfolio and SOPs but we are looking for someone with the following skills & capabilities:Educated to GCSE standard in both Maths & EnglishPrevious experience of working in a warehouse in a manufacturing setting (minimum 1 year)Excellent organisational skills to manage inventory effectivelyBasic computer skills for data entry and inventory management systemsAbility to adopt best working practices to achieve accuracy and high quality standardsWorking and co-operating in a team environment to achieve daily targets Quality driven and a fine eye for detailFlexible in all aspects of workKnowledge / appreciation of H&S requirements in a production / factory environmentPerson requirementsTake pride in your workHave a ‘can do’, positive attitudeHard workingCommitted and punctual individualTeam playerExcellent time keepingMust be accurate and have good attention to detailAble to work in a fast-paced role and able to work to manufacturing deadlines.Comfortable working alone or as part of a teamReporting to the Warehouse Team Leader, this is a full-time position, 40 hours per week.
