In this role, reporting directly to the Production Manager, you will lead a team of high-performing Department Managers to achieve outstanding results for the business. You will be responsible for overseeing all production departments on your shift, ensuring that products are manufactured on time, meet quality standards, and stay within cost objectives.We operate a rotational shift pattern covering 7 to 7 covering days and nights. You will work a total of 14 days over a 28-day period. Typically, you would be working as follows: 

    Week 1 - Monday, Tuesday, Friday, Saturday & Sunday
    Week 2 - Wednesday & Thursday
