    We are looking for an Operative with an FLT Licence. Your duties will include stock control, labelling, pallet wrapping, being a product knowledge expert, working within a team but must have the ability to work on own initiative. You may also be required to direct HGV’s on and off the site so effective communication skills are a must. The role also requires loading and unloading produce in a timely manner while adhering to all Health & Safety standards. You will also check and complete all required paperwork.
    We have both day and night positions available.
    Please note that all roles will involve one day of weekend work.

    ·To manage and lead CAPEX projects.·Manage small-medium sized projects independently, ensuring safe and efficient project implementation.·Represent Natural Innovations in meetings on and off site as required.·Keep project documentation up to date as required·Budget Management.·Monitor and control contractors to ensure safe and effective working, ensuring induction documentation is completed and contractors are controlled.·Liaise with the site engineering team to ensure effective communication of project goals and objectives.·Communicate project programmes and requirements to the business stakeholders.·Keep project stakeholders up to date with project progress.·To take charge and implement project mechanical and electrical tasks.·To help design machinery and systems including building updates as required·To investigate new machinery and technology which could be used throughout the business.·To keep up to date with food technology and production research and development in the industry, attending exhibitions and shows as required.·Train production team members as required in the implementation of projects.

    We are looking for an experienced Production Planner to effectively manage and coordinate our production plans throughout the business. The shift pattern for this role will be Thursday to Monday
    ·To schedule efficient production plans for both labour and equipment·To liaise effectively with purchasing and SOP to ensure that all amendments are dealt with the achieve 100% customer service·To ensure that all production schedules which are produced meet Internal Product Specification and Technical guidelines·To provide a service to the factory to ensure that all orders and amendments are processed and communicated correctly with relevant stakeholders·Monitor and maintain stock levels of products where required·Handle internal and external queries, ensuring accurate and efficient responses·To attend daily meetings to discuss the next days plans and labour requirements·Ensure that our internal systems are kept accurate and up to date
    ·Experience in production planning·Excellent attention to detail·Experience of working in the food industry would be beneficial·Strong Excel skills, with the ability to manipulate data·Experience in withing with MRP Systems (M3 would be preferred)·Confident in dealing with both internal and external stakeholders·Flexible to assist the team with holiday and sickness cover
