That’s where you come in.We’re looking for a Senior People Manager to join our small but mighty People team and help us take our people strategy to the next level. You’ll be the kind of person who can mix deep HR know-how with commercial awareness, building processes that support growth without crushing the entrepreneurial spark that makes Naked, well… Naked.

That’s where you come in.We’re looking for a mid-level Data Privacy Lawyer to join our small but mighty legal team. You’ll be the go-to person for all things data protection, AI, and digital innovation, helping us grow responsibly while keeping our Angels’ data safe. We’re one of the UK’s favourite wine clubs, shipping over 1 million (!) cases a year to curious wine lovers. And with an ambitious road ahead, we’ve got no plans on plugging the cork on growth.Our global team (we have offices in the US and Australia, too) is entrepreneurial by nature, obsessive about customer experience and driven by performance. And now, our Tech Team team is looking for an experienced Senior Engineer (Backend) who’s ready to make a real impact — shaping solutions, mentoring others, and helping drive our product forward. You’ll play a key role in designing and delivering high-quality technical solutions in a collaborative, agile environment.     Delivering high-quality development and technical solutions within a product team, with a focus on best practices, standards, and secure design. Working closely with product managers, product owners, and stakeholders to shape roadmaps, balance priorities, and define solutions that deliver real business value. Providing accurate estimates and validating team estimates, while maintaining a strong focus on organisation and meeting deadlines. Championing engineering best practices and principles, ensuring solutions are robust, secure, and maintainable. Designing and implementing automated cloud infrastructure solutions. Guiding and mentoring less experienced developers, building capability and fostering a culture of collaboration and continuous learning. Supporting the Tech Lead with project oversight, including ensuring quality across functional, performance, and security requirements. Delegating tasks effectively and providing constructive feedback during sprint cycles. Stepping in as Tech Lead when required, including: Supporting Product Managers with planning, estimates, and progress updates. Facilitating team discussions and project meetings.     What you’ll bring:
    5+ years’ experience in server-side development with Java, Spring, and open-source technologies. Deep technical expertise in: Java 21+, Spring 5+, Spring Boot 2+, Spring Data, Spring Batch Hibernate/JPA, SQL, Git (GitLab), Maven, AWS Familiarity with a broad range of tools and technologies, including: RX Java, PostgreSQL, Jenkins (config/pipelines), HTML5 / CSS / JavaScript Docker / Podman, Kubernetes / ECS (AWS), NoSQL and data design Terraform, application profiling, basic Linux administration Strong knowledge of the AWS technology stack — able to select the right services to solve complex problems. Experience designing and implementing multi-component cloud solutions with a focus on scalability, security, and performance. Solid grasp of design patterns, web security, and secure development best practices. Proven ability to pick up new technologies quickly and share knowledge openly across the team. A passion for technology and a drive to deliver top-quality solutions.
