Sales and Negotiation SkillsDemonstrate strong sales and negotiation skills from the outset, including being able to confidently articulate N2O’s offering, generating excitement and interest in what we do. Create and develop client proposals, reports and creative briefs and subsequently demonstrate competence and capability when participating in the pitch process, including clear and confident delivery of presentationsCommercial - Quotations & Finance Demonstrate a comprehensive understanding of quotation guidelines and rate cards which are applicable to varying clients and types of activities. Be able to input complex and comprehensive quotes into the BMS and be confident in upskilling the junior members of the team on all financial aspects of a brief (including rate cards, creating quotes, margins, supplier slots, POs and receiving payments).Internal CollaborationWork in close partnership with internal departments and clients, advising them on any amendments and related costs for additional work, adhering to budget and resource feasibility. Work in close collaboration with our Creative department, demonstrating a strong understanding of internal processes as well as our Marketing department, sharing social campaigns through our social media channels. Work cohesively and collaboratively with the Campaign Management department, ensuring KPIs are communicated and campaigns are delivered within agreed costs and margin targets.Ensure all key deadlines, budgets and commercials are effectively communicated and adhered to, by building effective working relationships with the relevant internal departments. This role is pivotal in ensuring the smooth set up of installations  and events for our marketing campaigns. These could range from simple stands in supermarkets to more complex exhibitions at festivals or carparks. Typical duties could include the timely delivery of equipment, undertaking repairs / maintenance and setting up/ pulling down installations on site. There will be a requirement to travel to client sites and events nationwide as well as work unsociable hours so the ability to be flexible is important. Key accountabilities Pick, load and drive event assets (e.g. stands, retail units, exhibition kit) to and from events to the schedule agreed. Placement and de-rig of exhibition and event assets in accordance with brief. Know when and how to escalate any issues as they arise. Ensure exhibition/road show stands are set up in accordance with best practice and health and safety requirements. Communicate and update key stakeholders as required including Campaign managers and the Field Support team. Attend client venues ahead of campaigns to gather information as specified by Campaign Managers. Provide advice and guidance to Campaign Managers and other team members on where to position retail stands instore.
