These roles sit within individual teams. You’ll lead a cross-functional engineering pod, with responsibility for delivery, team performance and how engineers operate day to day. The environment is already established, with real systems, scale and complexity. The focus is on improving consistency, strengthening engineering practices and ensuring teams deliver predictably.
