Key responsibilities will include: Managing global engineering data platform, SharePoint, and Power Apps teams, ensuring clear purpose, consistent workflows and strong outcomes.
Leading high‑quality data engineering delivery by embedding strong engineering standards, enforcing sprint discipline and guiding planning activities.
Working collaboratively with DTO, IT, Product and Project teams to align priorities, unblock delivery and embed a data-driven culture.
Building internal capability through coaching, supportive feedback and targeted development to enhance engineering and leadership skills.
Overseeing vendor engineering teams to ensure output quality, alignment to Multiplex standards and value for money.
