  We are looking for an experienced and highly motivated Bartender for a 197-rooms hotel located at a vibrant location in London and offering a lot of exciting projects to be involved in! The hotel is part of the award-winning German-based Motel One Group. Join our team and grab this unique opportunity!Thanks to your hosting skills, our guests will enjoy a wonderful stay. As well as tending the bar and One Lounge, your duties will also include the following: Providing a seamless, rapid serviceHelping to organise the bar service and determine all the necessary standards and schedules in cooperation with the department managerProviding advice to customers and actively selling Motel One Lounge products like Motel One Toasties which are prepared and served by the Bartender in order to achieve the One Lounge sales budgetHelping to order food, beverages and spirits for the bar areas and take inventory at the end of the monthGaining interdepartmental insights into new areas of activity by working in our multicultural teams
  Qualifications
  
  Whether you are a hotel professional or changing careers – you will fit in here! Because personality and hosting skills are our priority. You will also:Have completed an apprenticeship in the hotel trade and/or have professional experience in the hotel/catering industry or be looking for a change of careerBe open and communicative  Have hosting skills and a passion for the hotel industryBe flexible and creative and have an excellent sense of quality, even in stressful situationsBe a team player and willing to provide assistance across departments – we achieve our results together
