Key Tasks: Lead engineering projects from concept through to manufacture and product launch. Design complex electro-mechanical systems and industrial machinery. Develop mechanical assemblies, mechanisms, gear-driven systems, linkages and precision moving components. Produce detailed CAD models and engineering drawings using SolidWorks or Inventor. Carry out engineering analysis including FEA, tolerance stack-ups and design verification. Support prototype development, testing and validation activities. Work closely with manufacturing, operations, suppliers and customers to deliver robust, commercially viable solutions. Drive product improvement through DFMEA, root cause analysis and structured NPD processes.
