    Monarch Healthcare is recruiting for a Registered Nurse Nights to join our dedicated team at Heeley Bank Care Home in Sheffield, S2. At Heeley Bank, we provide care and nursing support to older adults and individuals living with dementia. Registered Nurse Nights: Position Details: Shift Times: 19:45-08:00 Rate of pay: Up to £21 per hour Hours: 2-3 nights per week are available Schedule: We work on a rota basis which includes alternate weekends and some bank holidays Location: Heeley Bank Road, Sheffield, S2 We are not able to offer sponsorship at this time. Benefits: Reimbursement of annual NMC Pin payment – subject to no restrictions placed Annual Monarch Healthcare Awards and dinner Contributory pension Referral bonus scheme We cover the cost of your DBS Check Supportive team On site Parking Responsibilities: As a Registered Nurse at Monarch Healthcare, your days will be varied and will include: The formulation of person-centred care plans – Reviewing and updating of care plans to reflect client need, ensuring Care Plans are completed and maintained in consultation with Clients, Relatives and other Health Care Professionals, and in accordance with NMC guidelines and Company policies. Administration of medication – Administer prescribed medicines and document the same in accordance with the Company’s procedure and NMC guidelines. Monitoring of resident well-being – Report any ill health amongst Clients and make requests for GP and Professional visits where necessary. Supervision of the care team when acting as the nurse in charge, ensure a clear and concise handover report is given to all relevant Staff Members at the end of each shift.
