MKJ Ignite are delighted to be working with one of the fastest growing D2C brands in the UK. The business has grown substantially over the last few years with further growth projected for this year and beyond – both from a revenue and team size perspective.
They’re now looking to hire a new Head of CRM & Retention to come in and spearhead the CRM, Retention, Email & SMS communication strategies. Whilst this is a senior role within the business, there won’t be a big team underneath you, so you will need to be capable of being very hands on.
What skills do you need to have to be considered? ⭐️You need to have at least 6 years CRM, Retention & Email Marketing experience, ideally for a subscription D2C brand. ⭐️Proven CRM, Email, Loyalty, Retention Marketing & SMS experience is essential for this role. ⭐️Proven copywriting experience is critical for this role. ⭐️Extremely strong experience using Klaviyo would be beneficial. ⭐️A deep passion for the e-commerce industry and a track record of success in B2C Marketing. ⭐️Extremely strong data, analytical and numerical skills is critical.
