As a Noticing Coordinator you will submit notices to local authorities and liaise with them to ensure the works progress in the required timescales and to the highest quality standards. Responsibilities of the role: To act as point of contact to deal with queries from the local authorities and MJQ operations team. Notices raised in line with legislative lead in times as requested from the operations team. Managing the day-to-day work volumes for Noticing & Permits through our internal processes and systems. Follow the street works notification as per Highways Authority guidelines and processes. Manage all works comments and associated modifications in a timely manner. Follow Noticing and Permit processes, using third party sources and websites to obtain date certainty. Delivering excellent customer service to our customers to ensure the best customer experience. Assessing permit applications from operations staff to ensure all works are compliant with legislation and appropriate permit scheme operations. Receiving and recording timely starts, stops, and register activities to avoid financial penalty. To always promote a positive and professional image of the department, by adhering to company policies, procedures, and standards. Raising and following up on non-conformance reports, to ensure that any actions identified, pursued, and resolved. Work as part of a larger team to develop working practices and procedures.
